I bought my first RV – a Casita Spirit Deluxe – back in 2007. My wife and I fell in love with RVing, but I quickly realized I could make it better. Well that and grandkids who wanted to camp with us!
Over the years, I’ve owned a Starcraft Travel Tailer, Raptor 5th wheel toy hauler, Arctic Fox 5th wheel double tow, and now a Renegade super-c. Each one taught me something new about making an RV work the way I actually use it.
My Arctic Fox build became my most documented project. The complete walkthrough is still my most popular YouTube video and has helped hundreds of people tackle their own modifications. Now with the Renegade, I’m starting fresh(ish) with a whole new set of challenges and opportunities.
Every project I tackle, I’m documenting here – the good, the bad, and the “what was I thinking?” Whether you’re in your first camper or your fifth rig, the principles are the same: make it work better for how YOU camp.
